TAMAR'S ARTWORK

This page is dedicated to Tamar Doyle, the person who got me painting again.

A Different Point Of View

These three images show the creative differences between two artists, in this case Tamar and I, when given the task of adding colour to the same sketch.

I chose to use a realistic approach,, using colours in a methodical way, controlled and how I think they actually are in reality, the first image (f you hadn't guessed).

In the third image Tamar has used a far more vibrant colour scheme, that gives the image an impressionistic feel.

As in her paintings Tamar has a free and imaginative style. Her work shows an enjoyment of exploring the relationships between shape, size, colour and tone.

This is a small selection ot Tamar's paintings.
